By signing up to be an Affiliate in the SMSDojo. Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. SMSDojo reserves the right to update and change these terms from time to time without notice.
2. Commissions
Affiliates are eligible to earn up to 40% commission on qualifying sales.
Commissions are calculated after deducting a setup fee of $30.
Commissions are paid out 60 days after the sale has been completed and the qualifying payment has been received.
3. Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid out via the payment method selected by the Affiliate at the time of signup.
Payments will be issued 60 days after the sale to allow for potential refunds, chargebacks, or disputes.
4. Cookie Duration
When a user clicks on an Affiliate’s unique link, a cookie is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.The cookie remains active for 90 days. If the user completes a purchase within this period, the Affiliate will receive credit for the sale.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional methods are ethical and comply with all applicable laws. Affiliates must not misrepresent SMSDojo or use false advertising to promote their links.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
7. Termination
SMSDojo reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, any pending commissions will be paid out in accordance with the standard payment schedule.
8. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree not to disclose any non-public information, including but not limited to customer data, sales reports, and any other proprietary information received from SMSdojo.
9. Limitation of Liability
SMSDojo will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Amendments
SMSDojo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
